THE LIBRARY

A pack for every product type

Every format below is available for products we make for you. Tell us the product and the feel you want; we shortlist the packs that suit the formula, the price point and how it ships.

JARS AND TINS

Balms, butters and tallow creams

  • Wide-mouth glass jars: clear, amber, frosted, opal white
  • Brushed or matte aluminium screw tins
  • Double-wall and PCR polypropylene jars
  • Metal, wood-look or ribbed caps; induction or foam liners
  • Sizes: 15 ml to 120 ml (0.5 to 4 oz)

Tallow balms are stability-tested in the jar you choose. Liners stop leaks in summer freight.

TUBES, POTS AND TINS

Lip balms and lip care

  • Paperboard push-up tubes (plastic-free)
  • Twist-up tubes in PP, PCR or aluminium
  • Glass and aluminium lip pots, slider tins
  • Sizes: 4.25 g to 15 g (0.15 to 0.5 oz)

Paper tubes need a firmer stick; we adjust the wax ratio to suit the tube.

STICKS AND JARS

Deodorants

  • Paperboard push-up deodorant tubes
  • Oval twist-up sticks in PP or PCR
  • Refillable aluminium cases
  • Glass jars for cream deodorant
  • Sizes: 50 g to 85 g (1.75 to 3 oz)

Baking-soda-free and sensitive formulas are matched to the dispenser before you order.

DROPPERS AND PUMPS

Face oils, serums and roll-ons

  • Amber and UV-protective violet glass dropper bottles
  • Glass bottles with treatment pumps
  • Glass roller bottles with steel balls
  • Sizes: 10 ml to 50 ml (0.33 to 1.7 oz)

Dark glass protects oils from light; the dropper bulb material is checked against the oils.

AIRLESS, PUMPS AND TUBES

Creams, lotions and emulsions

  • Airless pump bottles and jars, including mono-material recyclable
  • Glass bottles with lotion pumps
  • Tubes in sugarcane PE, PCR or aluminium laminate
  • Sizes: 15 ml to 200 ml (0.5 to 6.8 oz)

Airless suits water-based formulas: less air, less contamination, a longer open life.

BOTTLES AND REFILLS

Cleansers, shampoo and body wash

  • PET and PCR bottles with disc-top caps or pumps
  • Aluminium bottles
  • Refill pouches
  • Sizes: 100 ml to 500 ml (3.4 to 17 oz)

Surfactant formulas are compatibility-checked so the bottle does not panel or stress-crack.

WIDE-MOUTH AND POUCHES

Scrubs, salts, powders and soaks

  • Wide-mouth glass or PET jars
  • Stand-up kraft or matte pouches with zip
  • Shaker cans for powders and clays
  • Sizes: 60 g to 500 g (2 to 17 oz)

Salt and sugar scrubs need a gasketed lid to keep moisture out.

WRAPS AND CARTONS

Bar soap

  • Printed paper wraps and belly bands
  • Tuck-end cartons with a window
  • Breathable shrink film
  • Sizes: 100 g to 150 g bars

Cold-process soap is wrapped after full cure, so the wrap does not trap moisture.

WITH PRODUCTION

QUESTIONS

Packaging questions

What does packaging cost?

Packaging is quoted per project because the price depends on the format, finish and quantity. You see the packaging line on your production quote before you pay, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Can I buy packaging and labels without production?

Sometimes. We quote packaging-only orders case by case and tell you up front when buying direct from a supplier would be cheaper for you.

Can I use packaging I already have?

Yes. Send us the specification and a sample. We test it with your formula and confirm it runs on our filling line before you ship it to us.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Many options are: glass, aluminium, paperboard tubes, PCR plastics and mono-material airless pumps. We mark which options are recyclable and which are not, without vague green claims.

Do you check the label is legal?

Yes. Every label we print is checked for the INCI ingredient list, net contents, warnings and the responsible party under US FDA labelling rules. EU and UK labels are reviewed through Compliance Services.
