Production and documents
The run is made in South Africa in GFE's FDA-registered facility. Its certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, specification and declarations are issued for that batch.
STEP FIVE
Delivery and reorder plan
The run ships by insured air freight with import duties handled. The reorder plan arrives with it, so you know the next step before you sell out.

What does the Launch Kit cost?

Pricing is confirmed in your written proposal. The product, size, scent, container and run size each change the figure, so a number on this page would be wrong for most founders. If you want an estimate first, the Formulation Buddy gives one in about two minutes.

Is there a minimum run size?

The run size is agreed in the proposal from the band you choose on the form and the container you pick. We do not publish minimum figures because the practical minimum depends on the product and the container, and the proposal states the figure for your run.

What is in the reorder plan?

It states the specification your product is made to, the documents each later batch ships with, and how to place a second run of the same product so the second batch matches the first. It is written before the first run ships, because the worst time to plan a reorder is after you have sold out.

Where is it made, and how does it reach me?

In South Africa, by Grass Fed Essentials (Pty) Ltd, in an FDA-registered facility with a quality system being built to ISO 22716. The run ships by insured air freight with import duties handled, and United States commercial support runs through Grass Fed Essentials LLC in Wyoming. We do not manufacture in the United States.
