Verify the business relationship before confidential project work begins.
This process collects the business information GFE needs to identify the client, confirm the authorized contact and signatory, understand the intended commercial relationship and start the confidentiality workflow. Do not submit passports, Social Security numbers, banking passwords or other highly sensitive personal credentials through this form.

Business verification
Submit the legal entity, contact, address and project relationship details.

GFE review
We review identity, commercial fit and any missing information before confidential exchange.

Confidentiality agreement
An NDA / confidentiality and restricted-use agreement is prepared in Google Workspace and sent to the authorized signatory using Google Workspace eSignature. A narrowly drafted non-circumvention or restricted competition rider may be used where legally appropriate.

Project activation
After verification and the applicable agreement, the project can move into formulation, manufacturing, bulk supply or documentation exchange.
Why the restraint language is narrow
Non-compete enforceability varies by jurisdiction. GFE should protect genuine confidential information, formulas, process know-how, supplier relationships and commercial opportunities without relying on an unnecessarily broad restraint. Final agreement language should be reviewed for the governing law and the parties involved.
